ESTATE AUCTION 
The following 63 Acres of Real Estate and Large Equipment From the Jack Stone Trust will be sold:

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2017, 2pm CST(3pm EST)
AT: 10200 N.250W., Michigan City, IN 46360
Take Harbor Country Rd (239) south of New Buffalo, to W.1000 N. then west to 250 Rd. From Indiana take St Rd 39 north from U.S. 20 to W.1000 N., then west. Watch for signs.

REAL ESTATE: APPROXIMATELY 63 ACRES OFFERED IN THREE COMBINATIONS.
COMBINATION 1: Includes Parcel A and Parcel B
COMBINATION 2: Includes Parcel C and Parcel D.
COMBINATION 3: Includes all 63 acres.

PARCEL A:
Approximately 6.61 rolling acres with approx 399 feet frontage on N.250 W. and a depth of 781 feet. A 50 feet offset on the south line. This property is lightly wooded with a horseshoe shape pond, concrete block style cabin with fireplace, kitchen, bath, garage area and concrete patio with outdoor fire pit. Also included is a 40 feet by 50 feet pole building with concrete floor.

PARCEL B:
Approximately 56.83 total rolling acres with approximately 38 acres tillable and the remaining 18 acres wooded. This parcel has approximately 1919 feet of road frontage on W. 1000 N.

PARCEL C:
This parcel includes parcel A plus additional 17.6 acres of mostly wooded property with a total acreage of approx 24.21 acres.

PARCEL D:

PARCEL E:
