Real Estate: Property is a 5.75 acre rectangular parcel with no direct road frontage with legal access coming from Gumwood Road. The southeast corner of the parcel is located a little over 800 feet northwest of the intersection of Gumwood Road and Cleveland Road (S.R. 23) and is more specifically described in the Exhibit A.
Terms: Mininum bid amount is $1,221,041.25. Puchaser is required to submit to the seller a Faithful Performance Guaranty in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the purchase price. This Guaranty is to be made payable to The City of Mishawaka, Indiana and may be in the form of a certified check, a cashier's check or surety bond, letter of credit from a bank or trust company as approved by the Board of Public works and Safety, or by other sufficient security, but the form, substance and terms of the performance guaranty must be approved in advance in writing as satisfactory by the Board of Public Works and Safety. The balance is due on or before May 20, 2016.
